Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

The agreement

These terms cover your use of AdmiralOS, the SEO platform owned and operated by Fast Frigate LLC, Burlington, Vermont ("Fast Frigate", "we", "us"). By using AdmiralOS you agree to them. If you use AdmiralOS for a company, you agree on that company's behalf.

If you have a signed service agreement with Fast Frigate, that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

Access

AdmiralOS is currently invite-only. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend access if these terms are broken or the service is being misused.

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite into your workspace. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Your content and data

You keep ownership of what you put into AdmiralOS and of the deliverables it produces for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service for you.

How we handle personal data, including data from Google accounts you connect, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Connected services

AdmiralOS works with third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and search data providers. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by those services, including actions taken on your accounts with them.

What AdmiralOS is and is not

AdmiralOS gives recommendations, drafts, and reports based on the data available to it. Some of that output is produced by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it or act on it.

Where AdmiralOS flags possible issues with advertising, platform, or industry rules, those flags are a prompt for you to check. They are not legal advice and they are not a certification that anything is compliant. We do not promise any particular ranking, traffic, or revenue result.

Fees

If you pay for AdmiralOS, the price and billing terms are the ones in your order or service agreement.

Warranty and liability

AdmiralOS is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the extent the law allows, Fast Frigate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for AdmiralOS in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using AdmiralOS at any time and ask us to delete your data. We can end your access with notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Vermont.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account owners by email. Continuing to use AdmiralOS after a change means you accept it.
